Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or are incorrect. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
